Xeuss 2.0 - La línea de haz de laboratorio SAXS / WAXS

 

Durante muchos años, las mediciones SAXS de alto rendimiento se limitaron a sincrotrones, ya que sólo este tipo de instalaciones grandes eran capaces de alcanzar simultáneamente los cuatro parámetros clave siguientes: alta brillantez, baja dispersión parasitaria, alta resolución y versatilidad.

 

Con la introducción del Xeuss hace unos años, Xenocs logró concentrar estos cuatro parámetros clave para su disposición en un laboratorio, abriendo el camino a las nuevas capacidades de medición SAXS / WAXS. Con un mejor rendimiento y ergonomía, Xenocs ahora va un paso adelante y se complace en introducir una nueva generación de sistemas SAXS/WAXS: Xeuss 2.0.

 

Rendimiento del sistema

 

El Xeuss 2.0 ha sido diseñado para combinar el máximo rendimiento, máxima versatilidad y ergonomía con el fin de satisfacer sus necesidades experimentales. 

 

El sistema Xenocs integra nuevas ranuras Scatterless 2.0 y las capacidades del detector se extienden gracias a la introducción de los detectores de última generación Dectris (Pilatus 3 - 200K, 300K y 1M). También ofrece una capacidad simultánea SAXS / WAXS con un totalmente compatible detector WAXS de píxeles híbrido desarrollado en colaboración con Dectris. En cuanto al software, el rendimiento único del Xeuss 2.0 se ve reforzado por un paquete de software potente y fácil de usar para el control del sistema, adquisición de datos y análisis de datos en base a la colaboración exclusiva con el sincrotrón Soleil en Francia.
